Shoulder Circles - What a great warmup!
Here we are doing small and simple shoulders circles to help calm the nervous system and getting a sense of what the tissue feels like so we can address the clients concerns they presented with. This simple assisted stretching technique is not only calming, but warms up the tissue in the front, back and sides of the neck, as well as the entire shoulder girdle. It’s also a great way to develop trust with your clients who may be fearful of movements that cause pain.
