Sternocleidomastoid Release!

Oh that pesky Subscapularis Muscle!

That’s the muscle under the shoulder blade and it can get tightened up with improper use and rounded shouders from flexed posture.

But it feels SOOO good to get it released and relaxed.

Here we are doing a subscap release for shoulder pain, re-education and what we call - proprioceptive awareness - bringing more awareness to the area so the client has less pain, better range of motion and can develop better postural awareness.
