Press and Stretch of the Lumbar Spine - this is a great way to release stress and tension of the lumbar region as well as the hips due to overactivity that contributes to pain, compensation patterns and postural deviations up and down the kinetic chain.
By adding passive and active guided movements by the client we can also help break out of pain patterns, establish movement that is pain free and re-educate & restore more normalized movements that calm the nervous system responses out of fight or flight mode.
