Here we are addressing hip restrictions and are having the client add dynamic and active movement enhancers to help correct pelvic restrictions and aid in helping gain stride length.
This stretch can also help reduce pain associated with overtraining, or not having adequate pre- and/or post- truing recovery programs that can lead to hip and back pain and poor posture/form associated with running.
