Releasing the Diaphragm
Flexed posture profoundly impacts the diaphragm. With a forward head (text neck), to kyphosis and scoliosis, all of the postures and skeletal issues can lead to weakness of the diaphragm and restrict the efficiency of our breathing and cause more pain.
Here we are doing a diaphragm release focussing on the lateral lines, using breath work and varying movement enhancers to release fascial restrictions, break pain patterns and help restore normalized breathing.
